All video slicing, scene detection, merging and conversion are performed entirely in your browser on your device. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. • Email address — only if you purchase a membership (provided by PayPal) so you can log in.
• A random anonymous ID cookie — used solely to count your free daily usage quota. It contains no personal information.
• Usage counters — how many free operations were used today (count only, no file names or contents).
• Crash reports — if a technical error occurs, an error message may be sent so we can fix it. It never includes your video content.

We do not use analytics or advertising networks. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone. A membership grants unlimited use of all tools for the purchased period (30 or 365 days). Payment is processed by PayPal; we never see your card details. Monthly passes renew automatically every 30 days via PayPal billing agreement until cancelled; yearly passes are one-time. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once used, but we want you to be satisfied: if the tools do not work for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase with a short description of the problem and we will refund your latest payment in full.
